We believe in giving you the resources to help you learn to dance, both in our classes and when practising yourself. Therefore we've set up the 'Dancers Area'.

If you don't have a user name and password and attend one of the classes listed, e-mail us or catch us at the next class and we'll sort it out with you.

The step descriptions are designed to be easily digestible aide memoires to the steps taught in classes, and as such do not neccessarily exactly and fully follow the prescribed technique and syllabi of the various teaching societies. Similarly, the video clips are shot with a view to easy viewing and understanding rather than with a view to best dancing style - for example there is a lack of body contact in the ballroom dances so that you can see what both man and lady are doing.

Policy on Access
Our Dancers' Pages are a list of steps taught at the classes, descriptions of them and video links (the latter currently being rolled out).
They are available for free access to our dancers, on the following conditions:-
- they are for your use only, and are not to be copied or disseminated;
- we reserve the right to withdraw access or take the service down for maintenance at our discretion;
- the content is copyright and all rights are reserved.
We consider someone a dancer with us if they have been to classes within the last month, or if the absence is longer, where we know you will be coming back to dance with us.
Sorry if the above seems onerous, but we have invested significant time and money into this project and want to make sure that only those who should benefit from this actually do.
