Adult Ballroom & Latin Classes
Whether you're more Ann Widdecomb than Alesha Dixon,
or more John Sargeant than Matt Baker, we're sure you'll
enjoy our classes.
Our classes are a blend of teaching and fun. We pride ourselves on making dancing enjoyable - we want everyone walking (or for that matter, dancing) out of the door at the end with a smile on their face wanting more.
Our Ballroom and Latin American classes for over 18's run every night of the week at various locations in East Anglia.
The price of all our classes is £4.50 per person per class, payable on the evening (with the exception of new beginner classes where we ask for the first six weeks in advance).
We also run Salsa classes, including those for the Under 18's.

Monday Evenings
We run classes on Mondays at the British Sugar Social Club at Bury St Edmunds.
Beginners Class 6.45 - 7.30pm (started September)
Improvers Class (one year's experience) 7.45 - 8.30
Advanced Class (two years' experience) 8.45 - 9.30pm

Tuesday Evenings
We have two locations running on Tuesdays.
Risby Beginners - 6.30 - 7.30pm (Started September)
Risby Improvers - 8.30 -9.30pm
West Row Beginners - 7.30pm - 8.15pm (started February)
West Row Improvers - 8.30pm - 9.15pm.
Risby is near Bury St Edmunds, West Row is near Mildenhall

We have classes at Whepstead, nr Bury St Edmunds.
Improvers (around one year's experience) 8 - 8.45pm

On Thursdays we are at Old Newton, nr Stowmarket, Suffolk
Beginners 6.45 - 7.30pm (started September)
Improvers (one year's experience) - 7.30 - 8.15pm
Intermediate (around two year's experience) - 8.30 - 9.15pm
Advanced - 9.15 - 10 pm

On Fridays we are at Great Barton, nr Bury St Edmunds, and Bacton, nr Stowmarket .
Great Barton Beginners (one year's experience) - 6.45 - 7.30 pm
Great Barton Improvers (three year's experience) - 7.30 pm - 8.15 pm
Great Barton Intermediates - 8.15 pm - 9.00 pm
Great Barton Advanced - 9.15 pm - 10.00 pm
We also have a Beginners Classes at Bacton, running 7.30 - 8.30pm which started in September
