S is for Salsa, sophisticated, sexy, sensual, slinky. 

Our Salsa classes can be found at Haughley on Wednesday evenings

and The Riverside Club at Stowmarket on Thursday evenings.

Our Instructor, Wendy is an experienced dancer, who has a relaxed, down to earth approach and our usual combination of fun with learning to dance.

Our Salsa classes run at the following times:-

Wednesdays - Haughley

Beginners - 7.00 - 7.45 pm

Improvers - 7.45 - 8.30 pm

Thursdays - Riverside Club, Stowmarket

7.00 - 7.45 pm

The cost is £4.50 per person, per class, payable on the evening.

These classes are great fun and true to our ethos are aimed at everyone of all ages and abilities, not just the young and nubile. 

We also believe that if people come in couples they should be allowed to dance as such, and do not have the partner sharing approach that prevails in many Salsa classes.

That said, solo Salsa dancers are welcome to come to these classes.

You will need loose clothing (no tight skirts) and comfortable footwear (not trainers).
