We have listed some Frequently Asked Questions below:-

How do we pay ?  Cash, cheque and all major credit cards are accepted.  We operate on a 'pay as you come along' basis.

Does it matter that we've missed the first week or two ?  Don't worry, the pace isn't too frantic to start with and our patient instructors will make sure that you catch up.

What do we wear ?  Something comfortable, easy to move in.

And footwear ?  Whilst there are specialist dance shoes, you don't have to have them to start with, in fact some dancers never do.  Come in something comfortable, light and preferably non-rubbersoled.

Do I have to have a partner ?  Yes.  We can take solo dancers into classes only if you are prepared to dance with another solo dancer (who may or may not be the same sex), or dance on your own.  That said, we do have a track record of matching up solo dancers who have subsequently become long term dance partners.

Classes are all very well, what else is there to do ?  We have a thriving social scene including monthly social dances and three or four more formal events during the course of the year.  Have a browse through the website to see what else we offer.

Do you offer medal/competition training Yes.  We suggest you come along to classes first and then, if you wish to develop that side of your dancing, talk to us about the options available.

Do we have to register beforehand ?  No.  It is helpful to us to have an idea of numbers but not essential.  If classes are oversubscribed we normally manage to sub-divide it up - and sometimes run two parallel classes - in a fashion that benefits everyone
