We know that no-one deliberately cancels a lesson, but there is nothing more frustrating than having a lesson cancel at the last minute, or, worse still, not show up when we have other people waiting for lessons.

So to bring some fairness to the situation, the following is our policy for cancellations:-

- If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, no charge

- Irrespective of notice, if we manage to rebook the lesson, no charge

- If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours notice and we do not manage to rebook the lesson, 50% will be due

- If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice and we do not manage to rebook the lesson, the full amount will be due
